REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At AMEL, we want every order to arrive as expected. If something is not right, please contact us and we will guide you through the returns process.
1. RETURNS WINDOW
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned with tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging where applicable
For hygiene reasons, some items may be non-returnable. Items marked as final sale may also be excluded from returns.
3. HOW TO START A RETURN
Before sending anything back, please email hello@amel.london with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will confirm the next steps by email.
4. REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and checked, we will confirm whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. EXCHANGES
If an item is faulty, damaged, or you need a different size where stock is available, contact us at hello@amel.london and we will help with the best available option.
6. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
